Call Apple Customer Support via Phone

Apple customer service can be reached. Be prepared to provide your serial number when you call this number. This will help you save time when the customer service representative asks.

Go to Settings > General > About to find your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch serial number. You will then see the serial number of your device just below the Model Number.

Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner and then click on About This Mac to find your serial number. The pop-up window will display your serial number.

If you are having difficulty finding your serial number for an Apple product, there are other methods.

Chat with Apple Customer Support

To chat with the Apple customer support team, go to www.webroot.com/safe. Next, choose the Apple product or service that you need assistance with and the issue you are having. Next, click Chat to sign in using your Apple ID.

A pop-up window will open after you click Chat. To start chatting with Apple customer service agents, you can enter your problem in the box at the bottom.

Hours and Where to Find Your Local Apple Store

Go to apple.com/retail to find the nearest Apple store to you. Next, select the nearest Apple Store from the drop-down menu. This page will display the hours and allow you to schedule an appointment to have your device repaired.

Scroll down to set up an appointment for a service. Follow the instructions on screen to select your device and the reason for bringing it in. Next, click Bring in for repair. You might not see this option. Go back and select another reason. To continue, you might be asked for your Apple ID password.

Next, choose your device and enter its serial number. Or click Skip this step. You can then search for an Apple Store near you by entering your address or zip code. Once you have chosen a location, you will be able to choose a time and date when you are available to bring your item in to repair or return it.

Even if you purchased them online, you can still return the items to an Apple Store.

Apple Support can be reached via Twitter at @AppleSupport You can then send them a private message using the envelope icon. Apple’s customer service hours are from 5 am to 8pm daily on Twitter.
